This Bank Assetpoint® Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”) applies to the Bank Assetpoint website (the “Website”). Assetpoint Services, LLC (“APS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Promontory Interfinancial Network, LLC, operates the Bank Assetpoint service (the “Service”), including the Website.


Most areas of the Website are accessible only to registered users for an entity that has entered into the Bank Assetpoint Participant Agreement as a Participant (a “Participant”). If you are a registered user for a Participant, your use of the Website is governed by the Bank Assetpoint Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) and you agree to the terms contained in the Agreement. APS uses various security technologies and procedures to help protect information user information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.    


A limited area of the Website is accessible to visitors who are, in good faith, considering possible use of the Service (the “Visitor Area”). If you are a person who is not a registered user for a Participant (a “Visitor”), your use of the Visitor Area is governed by the terms for Website Visitors (“Website Terms”). By accessing or otherwise using the Visitor Area, you agree to the Website Terms. APS collects and stores information about uses of the Visitor Area, including information about the Internet connection, the date and time, and the content accessed. APS uses this information to learn about visits to the Website and may also use this information to help resolve technical issues and for other purposes related to the Service. APS reserves the right to collect and use, for any lawful purpose, any data that does not personally identify you, including aggregate data and usage patterns.

Personal Information

If you access the Website as a Visitor and ask APS to provide information to you, or if you otherwise inquire about the Service, APS may collect and store information you provide that allows APS to respond to your request. You may choose to provide APS with your name, email address, and/or other information, such as your mailing address and telephone number. If you do, APS will use any personally identifying information you provide solely in connection with handling and responding to your request.  In no event will APS sell such personally identifying information to third parties. APS will, however, comply with any subpoena or lawful information request from a court or government agency.

When you access the Visitor Area, a small cookie is created and stored on your personal computer. Cookies are small files that save information about your visit.
